Eddie Griffin Concert Movie (M): Selected. Buena Vista.  Based upon the comedy routines of Eddie Griffin, some of which are autobiographical.  This comedy concert movie will see Eddie Griffin following in the footsteps of other African-American comedians like Richard Pryor, Eddie Murphy and Martin Lawrence.  Will combine stand-up comedy and documentary footage of Griffin retracing his upbringing in his hometown of Kansas City.

Enchanted (TBA): Selected. Buena Vista. Animated/ life action. John Travolta, Susan Sarandon, David Hyde Pierce. D: Jon Turtletaub. A peasant girl in a fairy tale world falls in love with her Prince Charming only to be banished to the New York City of our real world by an Evil Queen (Sarandon; in talks).  There, she falls in love with a married man.  The Prince (and the Queen) follows her to the real world, forcing her to coose between a fairy tale happy ending and real-life love… (the fairy world will be animated; the “real” world, not).

Equilibrium (TBA): STV. Buena Vista. Sci-fi thriller.  Christian Bale, Sean Bean, Taye Diggs, William Fichtner, Angus MacFadyen, Dominic Purcell, Emily Watson. D: Kurt Wimmer (One Tough Bastard). In a futuristic world, a strict regime has eliminated war by suppressing emotions: books, art and music are strictly forbidden and feeling is a crime punishable by death. Clerick John Preston (Bale) is a top ranking government agent responsible for destroying those who resist the rules. Whe he misses a dose of Prozium, a mind-altering drug that hinders emotion, Preston, who has been trained to enforce the strict laws of the new regime, suddenly becomes the only person capable of overthrowing it.
