Amores Peros (Loves a Bitch) (MA): Melbourne. Other states April 12. Maverick. Drama. *subtitled* Tells three stories, all interconnected by a car accident. Dogs play part of all stories.
Broken Hearts Club (M): Syd. Melb: June 7. Adel: May 31, Bris: May 17. Columbia. Comedy. Dean Cain, Timothy Olyphant, Nia Long. A comedy about a group of gay men in Hollywood, and how friendship can be difficult but is always worth it.
Emperors New Groove (G): National. (29th March previews). Buena Vista. Animation. David Spade, John Goodman. A annoying young Emperor (Spade) gets turned into a llama by his advisor (Eartha Kitt). Pacha (Goodman) is his only hope.
Little Vampire (G): Melbourne. 12th: other states. Roadshow. Family. Jonathan Lipnicki, Richard E Grant. Horror- comedy for the kids about a young kid (Lipnicki) who becomes a vampire.
Rugrats In Paris (G): Melbourne. UIP. 12th April: National. (previews 29th March) Kids Animation. John Lithgow. They head off to Paris when Stu Pickles is called to fix is Reptar invention, and all sorts of usual mischief happens.
Save The Last Dance (M): National. UIP. Drama. Julia Styles, Sean Patrick Thomas. Styles dreams of being a dancer, but is put back severely when her mother dies. She moves in with her father but has to go to an all black school.
See Spot Run (PG): National. Roadshow. Comedy. David Arquette, Michael Clark Duncan. A mailman (Arquette) takes in a dog who is actually a highly respected and trained police dog, but is running from the crims, who have a hit out on him.
Sky Is Falling (M): Melbourne. Comedy. Isabella Rossellini, Jeroen Krabbe.

Best In Show (PG): Selected: Ad, Syd, Bris. (29th March + 5th April previews). Roadshow. Comedy. Parker Posey, Christopher Guest. Improvised comedy about the silliness that is dog shows.
Croupier (M): Selected. (5th April previews). NewVision. Crime. Alex Kingston, Clive Owen. A complex thriller set in London's gambling world, an aspiring writer takes a job in gambling to inspire him.
Crocodile Dundee In LA (PG): National. UIP. Comedy. Paul Hogan, Linda Kozlowski. Mick Dundee moves to LA, now with son, and gets involved in his wife's investigation of a crime. "Hilarious" observation comedy follows.
The Gift (MA): National. Columbia. Thriller. Cate Blanchett, Katie Holmes, Keanu Reeves, Greg Kinnear. When a young woman is murdered, telepathic psychic Blanchett is called in to help find the killer.
Memento (MA): National. (5th April previews). Buena Vista. Thriller. Guy Pearce, Carrie Anne Moss. Pearce is a guy with no short term memory investigating the death of his wife. Told backwards.
Say It Isn't So (M): National. Fox. Comedy. Chris Klein, Heather Graham, Orlando Jones. Incest (?) comedy from exec producers Farrelly Bros, with all the gross-out gags present and accounted for.
Sweet November (M): National. Roadshow. Comedy. Keanu Reeves, Charlize Theron. Every month Therzon starts a new relationship with a new man. Reeves tries to be the one that lasts longer than 31 days...

Exit Wounds (M): National. Roadshow. Action. Steven Segal, DMX, Isiah Washington, Tom Arnold. Segal returns to the big screen for the first time in years in another generic action + explosion fest. You know what to expect.
Tomcats (M): National. Columbia. Comedy. Jerry O Connell, Shannon Elizabeth, Jake Busey, Horitio Santz, Jaime Pressly. Gross-out comedy around a group of horny morons who bet the last one to get married loses a testicle.

Anti-Trust (M): National. Fox. Thriller. Ryan Philippe, Rachael Leigh Cook, Claire Forlani, Tim Robbins. Computer age thriller, about a young programmer who notices his billionare boss doing naughty naughty illegal stuff.
Lost Souls (MA): Selected. Roadshow. Horror. Winona Ryder, Ben Chaplin, John Hurt, Phillip Baker Hall. Much delayed horror flick, with Ryder the only thing stopping Satan from inhabiting in a writers body.
The Mexican (M): National. UIP. Comedy. Brad Pitt, Julia Roberts, James Gandolfini. Pitt travels to Mexico to retrieve a priceless antique pistol known as the Mexican. As well as that, his girl (Roberts) wants him out of the mob.
